1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee on one-time digital products.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must use and try the product for at least 14 days before submitting a refund request. This allows sufficient time to experience the product as intended.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, the 21-day money-back guarantee applies only in cases where the product cannot be used as intended due to technical issues or template-related errors that our support team is unable to resolve.
If a product has been downloaded or accessed, customers are required to complete the 14-day usage period and contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve any issues before a refund is considered.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality.
If you’re not satisfied after the 14-day usage period, you may request a refund within 21 days of your original purchase date.
Refunds for digital products apply only to the initial purchase and do not apply to additional services or subscriptions.
All refund requests are subject to approval.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
2. Access Issues & Support
Many refund requests come from access issues that can be resolved quickly.
If you’re unable to access your purchase, please contact us first. We’ll immediately provide a new access link or a “force copy” link so you can start using your product right away.
3. How to Request a Refund

- The email used at checkout
- A brief explanation
If your request qualifies under this policy, we’ll process your refund promptly.
4. Abuse & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in loss of access to all current and future products.
